I'm very happy with my decision to choose Richard and his team to sell my property as they have provided a lot of guidance through the course of the campaign. They were very knowledgeable about sales in the area, how to market my house and were very happy to answers my calls and texts regarding everything surrounding the campaign including styling, contracts, and everything in between. Clearance rates were 50% on the weekend I sold, and not only did the property sell, but it sold well above my reserve so I am extremely pleased with the result.
