I've had a great experience with W.B. Simpson, especially with Candice Lindsay who has always been very proactive for maintenance requests and any other assistance required. Would positively recommend to anyone who is looking for a place in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

Rented in North Melbourne for 18 months and couldn't have been happier with the service. Sally went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at all times, she organised for a heater to be installed during winter an organised a dehumidifier for the week after a period of heavy rain when the house took in a bit of water. WB Simpson were always responsive, considerate and helpful throughout our tenancy. The house was old and required a number of interventions by tradesmen during our stay.
