Darrell Simpson is a sworn valuer and qualified land economist with over 50 years’ experience across Melbourne’s residential, commercial and industrial markets. In addition to freehold valuations, he is regularly appointed to conduct rental determinations by the Presidents of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) and the Australian Property Institute (API).
