About Deborah

Prior to joining W.B. Simpson & Son, Deborah Adams worked in Sourcing and Facilities Management at GE Capital, one of the largest global companies, where she was responsible for the administration of many large commercial properties.

Deborah has also worked in sales at AV Jennings and has experience in contract homes and marketing pre-planned estates. She has successfully incorporated these skills and experience in her role at W. B. Simpson & Son.

Deborah has successfully leased a variety of Commercial & Industrial properties including warehouses, factories, shops and offices throughout Melbourne's inner suburbs. Working closely with Richard Simpson, Deborah is also responsible for the management of a large portfolio of Commercial and Industrial properties. Her responsibilities include preparation of leases, negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals, collection of rents and co-ordination of property maintenance.

Deborah's outgoing personality coupled with her strong negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal skills, allow her to achieve the results expected by her loyal and growing base of clients. She is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual whose commitment, perseverance and ability to listen to the needs of tenants and landlords allow her to negotiate outcomes that benefit all parties.

Deborah is married and enjoys bushwalking, travel, swimming and fine dining in her spare time.
