Joel manages a portfolio of residential properties for his clients including managing repairs, ensuring rent is paid in a timely manner, conducting routine inspections, renewing leases, conducting rent reviews and advising his cleints on how to best maximise the potential of their investment.
Originally from Country NSW, Joel has had ample experience in sales, customer service, hospitality and residential property leasing. He has sought to bring this experience to the inner Melbourne market, much to the benefit of his clients.

Outside of work, Joel enjoys AFL, vintage and exotic cars and visiting Melbourne’s vibrant music scene.
