Debbie commenced her real estate career over 10 years ago and holds a Diploma in Property Services. As a senior property manager she offers her clients an excellent understanding of the intricacies of the property management process, is superbly organised and consistently negotiates the best outcomes for landlords and tenants alike.
Debbie has an exceptional knowledge of the new Residential Tenancies Act and has extensive experience in its practical application to everyday tenancy matters. An excellent communicator, Debbie is conscientious, ambitious and maintains strong relationships with clients delivering astute, straight forward advice and a genuine desire to help people, realising each and every client has an individual and specific need.
In her role as Business Development Manager at W. B. Simpson & Son, Debbie is responsible developing and implementing our strategy to expand our residential property management portfolio throughout inner Melbourne.
Outside of work Debbie enjoys keeping fit, walking her dogs on the beach, spending time with family and friends and enjoying good meals together.
