About Darrell
Darrell Simpson has been a Licensed Estate Agent and Auctioneer selling properties in Melbourne's suburbs for over 40 years.
Darrell has been the chosen auctioneer of many banks and institutions selling properties in the area and for public and private companies selling commercial and industrial property. His experience ranges from selling houses and apartments to office buildings and large industrial complexes. He is noted for his special ability to extract the very last dollar from competing bidders and, where necessary, to obtain the maximum price from a private negotiation.
Darrell is a former President of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, past Chair of the REIV Valuation Chapter and is a life member for his services to the profession.
Darrell is also a sworn valuer and qualified land economist highly experienced in valuing Commercial, Industrial and Residential properties throughout all suburbs of Melbourne and some country centres. In addition to freehold valuations he carries out numerous rental determinations under appointment from the Presidents of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and the Australian Property Institute.
In his spare time Darrell is a keen sailor and member of the McCrae Yacht Club. When he can get away he enjoys nothing more than throwing a line over the bank of the Tambo River in search of the elusive bream.
