In my case this entire process was exceptionally well handled and ended up having a result that exceeded my expectations. Experience, integrity, a cut above This was my second property dealing with Richard. He successfully sold a North Melbourne flat for me around 9 years ago for what could only be described as a gob-smacking price. This time, working closely with him, I saw in addition to his vast market knowledge and skill as an auctioneer, a reliability, sincerity and decency which in my experience, is rare.
