We chose W B Simpson & Son to sell our property on the basis of their strong customer skill with vendor and prospective buyers, their unrivalled knowledge of the market in North and West Melbourne and local customer data base. They also indicated that the inspections would be 45 minutes each which gives interested parties plenty time to inspect and ask questions and they had a minimum of two very experience sales professionals at each open. The marketing campaign went very smoothly and Richard kept us informed after each inspection and with fortnightly written reports we also had fortnightly meetings during the campaign. They were very contactable from early morning until evening and took our suggestions on board where appropriate.
