  • I was very happy with all aspects of the service provided by Dylan and the team at W.B. Simpson before and during the sale process. The advice on the advertising program and styling selections turned out to be spot on - the property was well presented and looked better than it ever had before. The campaign attracted a lot of interest, and the feedback from the open days and individual inspections was what we needed to allow us to make the decision to go through to auction rather than accept a pre-auction offer. There were a number of queries about aspects of the property and Owners Corp and these were fed back to me in a timely way, so that we were able to get information back to prospective buyers and keep them interested. The auction process itself was very professionally managed  - we didn't quite get the result we were hoping for during the actual bidding, but during post-bids negotiations the agents were able to bring the offer up to our expectations  and we were very pleased with the outcome on the day.All in all,  I would have no hesitation in recommending Dylan and the team at WB Simpson to anyone looking for real estate assistance in the North Melbourne area.
